Blank Screen in Buzz

Troubleshooting: Blank Screen in Buzz

If you bookmark the Buzz page directly, you will see a blank white screen. This happens because Buzz needs a secure "handshake" from Maestro to log you in.

To fix this, you must always enter your classes through the student portal.

How to Access Your Classes

  1. Log in to your [Maestro Student Portal].

  2. Go to your Dashboard where your courses are listed.

  3. Click the Launch Button (see image below) to open your course in Buzz.

Note: If you want a shortcut, bookmark the Maestro Login page, not the Buzz page!

Quick Fixes for White Screens

  • Don't use bookmarks for Buzz.

  • Clear your browser cache if the screen stays white after launching from Maestro.

  • Use the Maestro Dashboard every time you log in.
