Google Drive General Troubleshooting for Staff
Overview
If Google Drive is not working on your computer, or you do not see the Google Drive option in Windows File Explorer, follow the steps below.
Troubleshooting Steps
Restart your computer
Check the Windows system tray (icon shelf) for the Google Drive icon

Look near the clock (bottom-right of the screen).

If the Google Drive icon is missing, the Google Drive application may not be running.
Open Google Drive from the Start Menu

Use Windows Search and type Google Drive.

Launch Google Drive from the results.

After it opens, you should be able to see Google Drive listed in Windows File Explorer.
