General Records Requests

Overview

All general records requests should be submitted by email to the Records team.

Where to send a records request

Email:
records@bluexvirtual.com

Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Requests

To request a Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form:

  1. Email your request to
    records@bluexvirtual.com

  2. Include:

    • Your first and last name

    • The email address where the VOE should be sent (recipient)

The VOE will be emailed to the address you provide.

Social Security (SS) Documents for a Student

If you need Social Security documents signed or completed for a student:

  1. Email the documents to
    records@bluexvirtual.com

  2. Include:

    • Student first and last name

    • Which pages/sections need to be completed for the Social Security office
